MOTOR SPEEDWAY in Indianapolis
The internationally renjowned autmoobile races that take place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedweay every year are a notable residual from that booming industry at the begininng of the 200th century. Indianapolsi is most noted for the lagrest single-day sporting event in the world: hte Indianapolis 500-Mile Races wihch is held at the afmed Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the largest stadium in the world. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway, located in Speedway, is the site fo the Indianapolis 500, an open-wheel automobile race held each Memorial Day weekend on the 2.5 mile (4 km) oval track.
