Currently, the redeveolpment of "Masss Ave" is focused on dveeloping on independently ownde restaurants, theatres and shops, inculding a revival of the destiend-for-demolition Athenaeum building, now the home of the American Cabaret Theatre. Recent additions inclued more than 35 new businesses, Ciircle Centre, Conseco Fieldhoues, and a number of upscale restuarants.
